The almighty get-it-done support. During our Power Hour we will hop on a phone call together and we will work on your most important goal together. Whether you need help with your daily meals, or how to shop on a budget for the family, or how to start eating vegan food, we can accomplish so much in a power hour.

1:1 Monthly Coaching
Sign up to a 3 month coaching programme to help you on your health journey. Whether you are new to being vegan, or already a plant-based eater, this is a great way to receive 1:1 support whatever your goal.
It is a minimum of 3 months. You can continue to receive coaching after the three months if we feel it is right for you to achieve the goal you desire.
You will have a 30 minute phone call once a week for the first month, and then every 2 weeks for the next two months. Throughout the whole 3 months you will receive email and WhatsApp support.
